Dealing with Liver Cancer
It is worth to know about liver before answering what is liver cancer? Liver is located below the lung and the diaphragm. It is further divided into right and left lobes. It receives blood from the hepatic arteries and portal veins. Now what is liver cancer?
The type of cancer or tumor inside the liver or any lobes of the liver is called liver cancer.
Lungs and intestines are connected with liver and liver cancer can also affect both. It can further develop the colon and lungs cancer if the prevention is not taken at right time.
The common symptoms of liver cancer are pain in stomach, pain in upper abdominal area, bloating, weight loss and swelling in breast of males, bleeding and red rashes on all around the body. If you are suffering from any of the symptoms immediately consult your doctor to catch it at early stage otherwise you can die because there is no cure for the later stages of any cancer.
Smoking is another cause for liver cancer and it is mostly seen in smokers. Liver cancer at later stages causes the cell destruction in other organs of the body around the liver.
Liver plays vital functionality for body. It act as a storage of vitamins, minerals, nutrients and protein for blood , helps to purify and make blood removes waste from body and helps in food digestion. The lack of vitamins and nutrients in the body can be a cause of liver cancer and in men calcium redundancy is another cause of liver cancer.
To cure liver cancer many chemotherapy treatment can work but it depends upon at which stage the liver cancer is. The most famous method is the TMN where T refers to the size of tumor lies in T1 to T4 level. N indicates the spread of disease to the lymph nodes and M stands for spread in other organs.
